SUMMARY
The Digital and Graphic Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing staff in developing, planning, executing, and monitoring strategic marketing plans both short and long range to achieve Casino objectives regarding revenue, profitability and market share. Assists with the development and execution of media strategy, special events, player development and other relevant marketing functions. Analyzes and evaluates customer data to determine the results of campaigns, promotions and events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Marketing staff with all aspects of casino marketing for the Casino and other gaming properties including advertising, promotions, entertainment and special events
Create promotional graphic elements
Coordinate all on site promotions and off site special events
Refine graphic elements provide by ''Agency'' as needed
Coordinate digital engagement programs
Ensure successful execution of annual marketing and promotions calendar
Coordinate off-site events as needed
Execute social media plan at events
Assist with planning and execution of advertising campaigns and media including radio, television, print, and outdoor.
Create email templates for internal database
Coordinate direct mail campaigns and manage internal databases
Plan, create, and execute social media content including graphic eleements and outreach (Facebook Twitter, Instagram, SnapChat, etc.)
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Retail, hospitality, tourism, direct response experience helpful
Experience with advertising, social media, branding and direct marketing.
Must be well versed in Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms
Experience using CRM platforms particularly Saleforce
Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Mac and/or PC
Experience with PhotoShop, Illustrator, inDesign, and Premiere
Experience with HTML, WordPress, SEO helpful
Ability to work occasional weekends and evenings
EDUCATION/FORMAL TRAINING
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent 3-5 years marketing experience.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to determine and shift priorities quickly
Ability to examine issues both strategically and tactically
Ability to carry out detailed tasks and projects with minimal direction or supervision.
This position requires the ability to problem solve complex situations in an effective and efficient manner.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships
Ability to express complex concepts in a clear manner
Ability to express ideas clearly and succinctly in letters, memos and reports
Able to read, write, and speak English
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test, background investigation, obtain and maintain Gardena City Work permit
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to stand and sit for various lengths of time and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to concentrate in an intense, fast-paced environment with numerous distractions
24 hour operation with a very fast paced environment.
