Office Manager - Santa Ana
We are LBI Media, Inc., the largest privately-held, minority-owned Spanish-language broadcaster in the United States, which owns TV and radio stations operating in top Hispanic markets throughout the country; parent company of the Estrella TV Network, one of the fastest growing television networks in the U.S. We are currently looking for talented and passionate people who want to grow with us.
Position Summary:
The Office Manager manages the day-to-day office operations of the Santa Ana office of approximately 20 employees. The duties include supporting the Radio station operations and Sales team.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure building is maintained clean; direct outside cleaning staff.
• Order office supplies and other equipment needed by office.
• Support Sales AE's in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
• Support and serve as back up to Traffic department as needed.
• Process account receivable and payable transactions.
• Support Promotions Manager with the distribution of prizing/promotional giveaways to listening audience; ensure contest rules and regulations are followed.
• Assist/coordinate with HR and Payroll with new hires and processing time cards; help orient new hires.
• Primary contact for Santa Ana office employees related to all corporate policies or programs; coordinator.
• Receive and sort mail.
• Support General Sales Manager as needed
Requirements:
• Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational and communications skills.
• Written and verbal fluency required in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Resourceful
• 3 years' administrative experience
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Associate Degree or High School graduate.
• Ability to work weekends, overnights, holidays and special promotional events as needed.
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be willing to work in Santa Ana, CA
• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background investigation
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
• Must be willing to work overtime on short notice
• Must be 18 years or older
