Full Time Paid Internship
This will mainly to assist the Director of Admin in day-to-day duties including but not limited to:
HR, payroll, inventory, looking up transactions, booking hotels and airbnb for guests, and other administrative duties that facilitate the general workflow of the office such as ordering and picking up lunch for guests, welcoming guests and offering refreshments, parking validations, answering phones, and cleaning up.
To substitute for the Director of Admin's duties in their absence end of April 2017 to end of May 2017.
Because we have several overseas Chinese guests coming into Los Angeles on a regular basis, ideally this applicant can speak/write Mandarin Chinese fluently, as well as have English professional proficiency. Experience translation (verbal and written) is a plus.
Most importantly, the candidate will need to have a positive can-do attitude and not be choosy as to what they can and not do.
