The Kohner Agency (television/film) in Beverly Hills, has an immediate opening for a skilled and highly motivated individual seeking an Assistant position supporting one of our talent agents. Administrative responsibilities include draft letters, schedule appointments, manage rolling calls, maintain call sheets, and databases, as well as client support. To be considered, candidates must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, be detail-oriented, organized and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast paced environment. Meeting deadlines is crucial to success in this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PC and Mac a must. Being well versed in the industry and familiar with local writers, directors, casting agents, producers and executives around town is a plus. The position requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or University. Candidates must have 1+ years of administrative experience at a talent, casting or Management Company.
