King and Country, Santa Monica, CA, is seeking Full Time Motion Graphics Producers to join our growing studio.
Producers should have experience in TV Commercial production for Ad Agencies and Broadcast production for Networks. Producers should be very familiar with projects involving live-action shoots, motion-graphics, 2D/3D animation and VFX pipelines. Our ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, possess impeccable client relationship skills and have a strong work ethic and a mind focused on getting results. Being a mulit-tasker that can manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
We’re looking for producers seeking a long-term relationship that offers growth within our creative, challenging, and fun working environment.
Responsibilities:
• Producing multiple projects from initial concept & design, through live-action shoots, post-production, and final delivery.
• Creating and managing budgets & schedules.
• Managing internal staff and freelance resources.
• Managing great client relationships and ensuring positive client experiences.
• May require some client entertaining and travel for projects.
• Editorial and Design Skills (Adobe CS5 and FCP) a plus.
• Past experience or some working knowledge of C4D, Maya a plus
Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience in production or motion graphics industry.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Understanding of project timelines, work flow, and delivery.
• Understanding of deliverables’ specs, file formats, codecs, HD resolutions, etc.
• Strong presentation skills (verbal and writing)
• Calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
• Team player that gets along well with others. |
