King and Country, a design based production company, seeks a friendly, organized, energetic and experienced front desk/office manager for our creative studio. Our ideal candidate is great at interacting with clients and vendors over the phone and in person. While keeping an organized office, candidate must be able to multi-task while assisting creative and production teams in a fast paced environment. Perfect candidate is proactive, resourceful, and pays impeccable attention to detail.
Duties: (see detailed duties list)
o Open office in the morning.
o Handle all calls for the office.
o Welcome and assist with clients & visitors.
o Order supplies for office and kitchen.
o Stock and tidy office, kitchen and supply room.
o Assist with billing and invoices.
o Handle travel and reservations.
o Schedule and oversee maintenance for facilities.
o Assist production with all shipping.
o Run errands as needed.
Requirements:
o 1-3 years experience in reception or office management position.
o Must be skilled on Mac computer and office software. (Word, Excel, iCal, etc.)
o Must have good driving record and car.
Schedule:
o Monday-Friday, 9;30AM-6:30PM.
