Candidates must be enthusiastic viewers of online video and YouTube, and have a desire to learn the many multi-facets of video entertainment and digital media. Students must be at least a college level junior to apply.

Kin Community currently seeking a paid winter/spring intern for their Partnerships department. Kin Community represents over 100 of the most entertaining and inspiring channels in women's lifestyle content on YouTube, including The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Rosanna Pansino, Niomi Smart, Wayne Goss and Joy Cho.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Assistance with devising and implementing audience development strategy for Kin Community YouTube channels, including:
Programming & promotions, including helping to plan partner collaborations
Annotation copy writing, formatting, and placement
Playlist sequencing
YouTube Analytics reporting
Video metadata formulation (titles, descriptions, and tags)
- Identification of prospective YouTube channels for network expansion, including research of female-centric YouTube channels and outreach to channel owners / talent
-Organizing and updating Kin Community partner assets & data, including:
Keeping an up to date list of partner statistics (subscribers, views, watch-time etc.)
Routinely updating partner rate cards to reflect growth
Help to maintain kincommunity website
- Research projects that pertain to YouTube and the online video industry
- Client services duties as directed by management
- Participation in department and company meetings, and Google+ Hangouts on Air with Kin Community talent
