RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Establish, maintain and grow relationships with assigned advertisers and agencies.
• Positioning and pre-selling all opportunities to highlight the benefit and value proposition in the marketplace
• Secure renewals on all existing business
• Attain new business and sponsorships
• Consistent communication w/ client stations on all business activity
• Analyze potential problems, recommend solutions and communicate w/ management
• Complete knowledge of all represented properties and competitive landscape
• Accurate and timely provision of all reports and paperwork
• Develop integrated media solutions that encompasses traditional, digital and experiential platforms.
SPECIFICATIONS:
• 7+ years radio broadcast sales experience
• Motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter who is able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of reaching sales targets and revenue goals
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent follow-up, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
