KATZ MEDIA GROUP JOB OPPORTUNITY:
SR. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
• Earn, maintain and develop strong relationships with assigned advertisers and agencies.
• Position and pre-sell all opportunities to highlight the benefits and value proposition in the marketplace.
• Target, solicit and secure new business
• Analyze potential problems, recommend solutions and communicate w/ management.
• Demonstrate creative leadership in the sales effort to develop new concepts that expand advertiser base and drive incremental growth from existing clients
• Effectively communicate and work across a variety of different internal groups to execute integrated programs for advertisers
• Create sales and marketing presentations that uniquely position Univision as a brand that can be leveraged across varied media platforms to create the most impact for each advertiser.
• Accurate and timely provision of all reports and paperwork.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of media sales experience and multi-platform sales.
• Proven ability to create custom advertising solutions that align to the advertiser's business strategy and overall marketing goals.
• Track record of opening new accounts and driving revenue growth across core advertising categories.
• Highly enthusiastic, energetic and effective networker who has strong relationships with both big national agencies and advertisers.
• A commanding presence with excellent communication skills both oral and written as well as the ability to speak to a senior level audience.
• Strong written, verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
