Karga 7 Pictures is a Los Angeles based production company specializing in non-fiction programming and premium unscripted television. They have produced more than 200 hours of programming for networks like Discovery, History, National Geographic, Food, and Science. They are seeking a creative fast learner who is interested in TV production and development. The department is small and therefore interns will get exposure and experience with a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities. Interns will be involved in heavy research, creative brainstorming, and the creation of show treatments and sizzles. You will also help with updating the contact database, scouting talent, and organizing show pitches and other documents. The intern must have a basic familiarity with the TV landscape. Experience with Photoshop and Final Cut are a huge plus. Hours and schedule are flexible.
