Administrative/Marketing Assistant to the Casting & Education Departments
Entry Level, Part-time, (work your way up). Generous perks.
Monday - Friday. Occasional early evening hours. Periodic weekend as needed.
As our future valued employee, you are a focused, loyal guy or gal Friday, very organized, with a keen attention to detail, as if the business was your own.
You have great enthusiasm, compassion, and respect for helping people expand their career options in studying acting craft in voice over.
You provide complete administrative support, producing all elements of multiple castings & voice over classes a week:
You support the Casting Department by:
Answering phones
Scheduling actors for auditions
Typing scripts
Invoicing
Filing
Managing/editing and transmitting audio files
Online research
Prepping all elements of casting jobs
Contribute VO casting ideas
You support the Education Department by:
Registering, counseling & enrolling students
Preparing student & teacher class materials
Meeting & greeting students at the launch of each course.
Providing and implementing marketing Ideas
Marketing: creating flyers, documents, emails, Facebook postings, updating our website.
Online research
Monitoring inventory supplies
Managing & filing department correspondence documents
Scheduling, filing, Xeroxing
Skills: 40 Wpm typing, Mac proficiency in Word, Excel, Filemaker. Professional phone manner.
Some knowledge in graphic design, web design, and/or audio software would be a plus.
Strong Online research skills required. Social Media skills and efficiency required.
Marketing experience a plus. Growth will be a requirement. No ''average'' please. No future voice-over talent. Email resume. Cover letter required. Automobile required.
Job location: Encino based. Some visits to our Burbank studio.
Compensation: Entry-level pay, commensurate with experience.
