Overview:
Fox 40 is looking for a highly motivated individual with strong work ethic, organized, with attention to detail for the position as Executive Assistant. Position will be supporting station GM and News Director in administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
• Basic office functions including mail receipt and delivery
• Ordering of office supplies
• Distribute prizes to contest winners
• Check viewer comments
• Issue ID Badges, parking stickers and Avanti cards.
• Filing FCC and Issues Reports
• Collect and retain personnel records
• Handle all station keys
• Assist in new hire orientation
• Responsible for vendor relationships including soliciting bids and managing performance
• Expense reports
• Book travel for managers
• Build spreadsheets and compose letters
Qualifications:
Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point. Must have excellent attention to detail and be able to type at least 55 wpm. Bachelor's Degree preferred. One year office experience required.
