Job Title Sr. Sales Coordinator
Job description
As a Sr. Sales Coordinator you will be part of a high paced, innovative, and collaborative team. Employee will be responsible for providing administrative support to three Local Sales Managers in all sales related functions. Employee will handle a variety of routine and non-routine client requests. Responsible for answering multiple phone lines and screening calls, greet visitors and set up necessary security clearances, arrange meetings/conference calls and ensure catering needs and other related meeting needs are met, generate and prepare several weekly/monthly revenue reports in WideOrbit Traffic, oversee and maintain accurate system coding, assist with quarterly projections and account shifts, maintain and reconcile daily sales activity report, coordinate travel arrangements for LSM's and submit expense reports, during political periods responsible for LUR checks and uploading of orders and NAB forms on FCC website, will also handle miscellaneous duties as assigned. This fast-paced and evolving team requires an individual who demonstrates the capability to plan for and manage multiple activities, projects, and deliverables with a can-do attitude.
Qualifications
• Must have strong written/verbal communication skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Extremely detail oriented
• Action-oriented with strong execution and follow up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities is vital
• Strong administrative and customer service skills
• Working knowledge of sales support systems and databases a plus; WO Traffic, WO OrderConnect, and Medialine
• Thrives in a team environment and demonstrates leadership skills
• Associate degree or equivalent related experience in television broadcasting, preferably in sales, advertising or traffic gained either through work experience or classroom study
• Minimum of two (2) years of administrative work experience preferably in a media sales environment.
