Established TV Production Company seeks Office Manager to join our busy creative office. We are looking for a team player that excels at keeping things organized!
Responsibilities:
Front Desk/ answering phone
Maintain Office - Keep clean, order supplies etc
Manage & Update Calendars
Update layout charts for edit & work space
Manage conference room scheduling
Liaison with building on 3rd party repairs, construction, cleaning needs etc
Assist with creation of call sheets for production management, help with booking hotels and flights etc
Code petty cash and credit cards for accounts department
Office payroll
All shipping needs
Oversee interns
