Full Time Job
Jukin Media is looking to add an Office Assistant to our team! The ideal candidate should be interested in pursuing a career in digital media and/or television. In this position, you will be answering all incoming calls and directing them appropriately, as well as assisting our Office Manager and many other departments throughout the entire company. This is an entry-level job, but we would love someone with prior entertainment and/or digital media experience. We are a digital media company specializing in viral video licensing, so knowledge of YouTube and various social media platforms is a huge plus!
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct all incoming calls; relay messages via email; greet and make visitors feel welcome, while notifying appropriate personnel and directing guests
- Maintaining the kitchen, lobby and conference rooms, as well as our office supplies - keeping everything clean and organized
- Complete and assist in various tasks for different departments
- General office duties
Qualifications
- Great phone skills and etiquette-excellent verbal communication
- Can handle pressure and prioritize tasks
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google docs
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Multi-tasker that works with a sense of urgency
- Contribute to the energetic and fun culture of our team, while remaining professional
