The Audience Development Intern is responsible for working with our Programming and Production teams to build audience and drive engagement growth across platforms.
Team: Publishing and Programming
Reports to: Audience Development Director
Relationships: The Audience Development Intern collaborates with the Publishing Operations Manager, Editors, Designers, Senior Director of Analytics, while interfacing with Content Acquisition, Content Services, and Rights Management.
Key responsibilities:
• Create and maintain publishing calendars across multiple digital platforms
• Write editorial content including video titles and descriptions, comments and social media posts.
• Participate in content development and organization of original programming
• Analyze the performance of all publishing efforts for ongoing optimization, including views, watch time, shares, comments, CTR, sentiment, subscriber growth, reach, likes, follows, etc.
• Interface with and provide support to editing teams
• Execute weekly giveaways and promotions
• Listen, respond, and engage with users in the brand voice.
