The Audience Development Coordinator is responsible for audience and engagement growth across managed brands through programming, publishing, and community development. The Audience Development Coordinator represents the interests of the consumer, exploring ways to give them a better experience every day. Success is measured by audience and engagement growth.
Team: Publishing and Programming
Reports to: Audience Development Director
Relationships: The Audience Development Coordinator collaborates with the Publishing Operations Manager, Editors, Designers, Senior Director of Analytics, while interfacing with Content Acquisition, Content Services, and Rights Management.
Key responsibilities:
• Create and maintain publishing calendars across multiple digital platforms
• Write editorial content including video titles and descriptions, comments and social media posts.
• Participate in content development and organization of original programming
• Analyze the performance of all publishing efforts for ongoing optimization, including views, watch time, shares, comments, CTR, sentiment, subscriber growth, reach, likes, follows, etc.
• Interface with and provide support to editing teams
• Execute weekly giveaways and promotions
• Listen, respond, and engage with users in the brand voice.

• 1+ year of production, agency, or media company experience
