Job Responsibilities:
1.Issues all audio visual equipment.
2.Maintains A/V, lost and found and shipping and receiving storage areas in an orderly way.
3.Is responsible for the repair and maintenance of all A/V equipment.
4.Abides by all company procedures required in the handling of A/V and shipping and receiving.
5.Performs routine walk-through of hotel areas to ensure proper security of hotel/guest equipment and packages.
6.Takes the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
7.Reports to work for scheduled shift, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy.
8.Knows and complies with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties.
9.Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries and unsafe work
conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications.
10.Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
Job Skills:
1.Use special recordkeeping procedures and recognize errors in recorded information..
2.Critical Thinking -Use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions,
conclusions or approaches to problems.
3.Active Listening - Give full attention to what other people are saying, take time to understand the points being
made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
4.Carry out specific oral or written instructions, frequently following a simple routine.
5.Service Orientation - Actively looks for ways to help people.
6.Technology Design - Generating or adapting equipment and technology to serve user needs.
Job Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Prior knowledge of AV from classroom or prior work experience preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: None required
