JMPR ACCOUNT COORDINATOR JOB POSTING
· Act as support for the Celebrity Relations and Strategic Partnerships Team (A fun dynamic team!)
· Help build, create and execute celebrity programming for clients
· Assist in developing strategic partnership campaigns, facilitating necessary research on brand mantras and delivering to team
· Perform in depth research relevant celebrities for key projects and events
· Showcase creativity in pitch conceptualization, writing, pitching, and follow-ups
· Assist in new business implementation and build new business proposals
· Be responsible for calendar updates, call updates, call notes, etc.
· Maintain and update account files. Consistently strive to increase knowledge of agency/client procedures, your own knowledge of the public relations/celebrity relations fields, as well as your clients' business
· Develop/update client status and budget reports weekly/monthly or on a project by project basis depending on the client
· Demonstrate a team player attitude by being flexible and responsible; be self-motivated, resourceful, manage time efficiently, and show enthusiasm for the business.
· Be able to communicate effectively in all written and verbal reports
· Manage company interns day to day tasks for the office
QUALIFICATIONS
· MUST BE dynamic, creative, hardworking and EXCITED! Strive to be different and stand out from the rest!
· Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing or related field
· At least two years of full-time related work experience and/or two internships at an agency or equivalent
· Strong writing and verbal skills
· Strong organization skills (lists, time management, research, etc.)
· Knowledge of social media tools and outlets
· Skilled at full Microsoft Office and Photoshop
· Strong passion and interest of fashion, travel, arts, hospitality and sports
Salary: TBD/ based on experience
