RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate travel, transportation and housing
Manage the calendar
Maintain contact information
Correspond with talent, creative colleagues, management and producers
Order and stock office supplies
Handle ticketing and house seat orders
Organize mailing, courier service and filing
Administer computer systems and provide basic technical support
Carry out personal errands on an as-needed basis
REQUIREMENTS:
Competent knowledge of the following required: iOS, Mac OS X, Dropbox, Final Draft, Microsoft Office Suite, iMovie, iPhoto, and Audacity or other audio editing software. Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, or other Image Editing Software knowledge preferred. Social media experience a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree required; preferred focus in theatre studies or arts management. Previous work experience in nonprofit or commercial theater required. Not considering actors for this position.
All applicants should have the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and prioritize quickly. Candidates should be able to work efficiently and effectively, and have a sense of humor. Compensation is commensurate with experience. This is a full-time position with some schedule flexibility.
