Jane Owen PR represents a variety of clients including celebrities, musicians, film companies, fashion designers, brands, and more. We have had numerous Hollywood stars as clients and have organized some of LA's most prestigious events, including the Sundance Film Festival HBO party, Brit Week and The Golden Globes Interview Magazine event. We strategically promote the vision of our clients through media strategy and media relations.
Interns will be given daily tasks to complete, as well as given freedom to work on their own projects. Responsibilities include working on events, social networking for clients, dealing with press and sponsors, design work, helping to write pitch letters and blogs, coming up with new and innovative publicity ideas, maintaining media lists, and research.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Be able to multi-task
Excellent organizational skills
Excitement and awareness of media and PR
