Jack Nadel International, a nationally renowned creative marketing, promotional products & merchandise solutions company is seeking a dedicated, analytical, and detail oriented team player to support the sales activities of some of our best clients from our headquarters located near LAX.
Job Description:
This person will work on a wide variety of projects in a fun, fast paced environment. The Ideal candidate must have a high level of energy and professionalism, think critically, feel confident and comfortable handling multiple tasks, and not be afraid to ask questions. They must also have excellent customer service skills, strong written/verbal English skills, be extremely detail-oriented, and have a positive 'can do' attitude. We are looking for someone who is interested in building a future with a stable, reputable company that just celebrated 64 years in business.
Core Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Sales support- Assist Branding Account Executive as needed and provide self-directed, backup client contact when Branding Account Executive is out of the office or unavailable.
• Handle all orders from start to finish; from order placement until the product is in the client's hands. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying pricing, following up with manufacturers, and tracking orders through delivery.
• Closely monitor inventory of ecommerce stores, ensure adequate inventory is kept on hand, analyze what is selling well and what may need to be discontinued, etc.
• Assist with the preparation of special events (product rollouts, pop-up stores, etc.)
• Maintain great customer service and pleasant communication with all new and existing clients.
• Under direction of the Branding Account Executive, place and follow up on sample orders, project specifications and client requests.
• Coordinate with corporate staff (Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, etc.) on client accounts.
• Assistance with materials such as sales letters, power point presentations, and Microsoft Word proposals to submit to clients.
Skills/Qualifications:
• Proficient with Microsoft Office with intermediate or better Excel skills REQUIRED.
• Strong analytical skills including ability to reconcile large volume client billings when necessary.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, think critically, manage multiple priorities and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Must be highly detailed and very organized with the ability to follow tasks through to completion.
• A willingness to put in additional hours prior to releases or events.
• Excellent phone skills with strong email and writing etiquette.
• Reliable, positive and professional attitude with a pro-active team-player outlook.
• Experience within the apparel or fashion industry preferred.
• Some graphics proficiency is a plus, but not required.
