Branding Account Coordinator (Part Time)
Jack Nadel International, a nationally renowned creative marketing, promotional products & merchandise solutions company seeks a Part Time account coordinator to help manage daily operations for our Southport sales team.
Job Description:
This person will work on a wide variety of projects in a fun, fast paced environment. The Ideal candidate must have a high level of energy and professionalism, think critically, feel confident and comfortable handling multiple tasks, and not be afraid to ask questions. They must also have excellent customer service skills, strong written/verbal English skills, be extremely detail-oriented, and have a positive 'can do' attitude. We are looking for someone who is interested in building a future with a stable, reputable company that just celebrated 64 years in business.
Core Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Sales support- Assist account executives as needed and provide self-directed, backup client contact when Account Executive is out of the office or unavailable.
•Develop materials such as sales letters, power point presentations, and Microsoft Word proposals to submit to clients.
•Drive product research.
•Administrative and clerical duties including but not limited to mailing and checking in packages, answering calls, data entry.
•Handle all orders from start to finish; from order placement until the product is in the client's hands. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying pricing, following up with manufacturers, and tracking orders through delivery.
•Maintain great customer service and pleasant communication with all new and existing clients.
•Under direction of the Account Executive, place and follow up on sample orders, project specifications and client requests.
•Coordinate with corporate staff (Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, etc.) on client accounts.
Skills/Qualifications:
•Possess superior customer service skills.
•Must be highly detailed and very organized with the ability to follow tasks through to completion.
•Reliable, positive and professional attitude.
•Pro-active with a team-player outlook.
•Outgoing, friendly and approachable personality
•Excellent phone skills with strong email and writing etiquette.
•Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
•Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, think critically, manage multiple priorities and adhere to strict deadlines.
•Ability to work 5 hours per day/5 days per week.
