Client Service Rep

JR Media Services is looking for a highly-motivated Customer Service Representative to handle client orders for existing accounts. The position requires someone who is very organized, love client interaction and understands the need to make on-time deliveries. This person must be willing to complete all tasks in a timely manner and follow through to take great personal care of clients.

Duties include client interaction both via phone calls and emails, entering client orders, sending of final materials to clients, answering phone calls, use of database and working with Scheduling and Sales departments to meet client due dates.

Customer Service Representative requirements are 3-5 years of experience in customer service in video post production, complete understanding of basic computer programs (Excel, Word, Outlook), use of internet to access ftp sites and transfer video files.
