Development Coordinator Duties:
Assist Creative Director with drafting and compiling film/project proposals.
Set up meetings and calls with distributors, networks, studios on Creative Director's behalf.
Report daily agenda/company goals of each creative team to Creative Director.
Collaborate with Creative Director and Producers to set-up development calendar, also specifically, keeping track of Creative Director's calendar and appointments.
Research material related to creative content, grants, funds, and current film/television market.
Compose memos and correspondence for Creative Director.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of industry experience.
Qualified applicants must present portfolio of non-fiction/project proposals and/or design elements.
Excellent people skills.
Positive attitude.
Ability to work in fast paced, multi-project, creative and fun environment.
Strong sense of storytelling.
Keen sense of design and layout.
Expert with Google and Microsoft Suite.
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Apple Pages and Keynote.
Experienced with Mac and PC computers.
Agency experience a plus.
