Intemark is a partnerships and promotions agency that is seeking a marketing coordinator to work with their client, a major film studio. This position requires a person who is highly motivated, creative, detail-oriented and able to seamlessly juggle multiple tasks at one time. Reporting to the client's Creative Directors, the Coordinator will be responsible for providing day-to-day support across a diverse portfolio of films.
Examples of responsibilities:
• Booking screenings for client's partners
• Assist the Creative Directors with the execution of promotional programs
• Pull images needed for partner campaign elements
• Track partner digital campaigns
• Create film release wrap reports
• Organize creative/spots into an online database
• Work with client's external events team to plan and execute annual conferences
• Manage approvals for event creative and deadlines for all upcoming events
Requirements:
• Position requires a bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years of experience in the entertainment industry or entertainment marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus
• Strong understanding of social platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
• Problem solving skills are critical; ability to deal with ambiguity is a must
• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail
• Must be flexible and willing to work outside of normal work hours
• Positive attitude
• A passion for the entertainment industry
