IndieWire: Integrated Sales & Marketing Specialist
IndieWire is seeking an Integrated Sales & Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for pre-and-post sale management and support of all entertainment and consumer accounts. This position will work closely with the IndieWire sales and marketing teams, ad operations, and other internal teams to provide clients with the most efficient, effective, and creative experience when partnering with IndieWire. Also vital: You must be passionate about good movies and TV. We want that enthusiasm to fuel creative marketing solutions for our clients' goals in reaching consumer and industry audiences. This position in based in LA.
Responsibilities Include:
• Develop custom digital, social, and event marketing solutions for clients across all entertainment categories
• Create visually engaging marketing presentations, proposals, sponsorship recaps, case studies, and one sheets
• Lead the RFP process by writing proposals and building digital media plans
• Collaborate with Data, Sales and Ad Ops teams to supplement proposals with competitive research and data
• Coordinate sponsor activation logistics and provide support for LA and New York events
• Research new opportunities to increase advertising revenue across multiple categories
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
• 1+ years of experience in advertising, buying and/or planning or with an advertising sales organization is preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, (and sometimes) high pressure environment
• Show a high degree of self-motivation and work well within an individual and team environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of DFP/DART and Salesforce or similar tools/databases is a plus.
