Due to a recent expansion, illuminate is looking for a qualified Sales Executive with a successful track record in sales, client relationships and a strong desire to work in Production and Post Production. We are seeking highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills along with prospecting, negotiating, and closing abilities. Extremely attractive compensation package for the right individual.
Job Requirements:
Sales Executive is responsible for managing all aspects of sales generation, in order to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
• Set the strategic direction required to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Develop sales leadership within sales team
• Demonstrate intense motivation to sell, gain market and win
• Communicate goals and plans to sales team
• Work with sales team to cultivate relationships with clients, gain deep insight into their business and ultimately provide solutions to their marketing and advertising goals.
• Working with mid and high-level content buyers, procurement teams and executives.
• Effectively builds a strategic plan to drive long-term goals while also employing a tactical approach to short term priorities.
• Leverages a proactive, hands-on and consultative selling approach to develop relationships with a variety of clients through in-person meetings.
• Independently identifies, pursues and closes volume sales opportunities through contract negotiation.
• Always maintains the highest standards of interpersonal communication internally and externally to lead the team in developing business.
• Works closely with Management on reporting all stages of business development from initial opportunity to closed deals and future growth.
• Maintains and deliver weekly status reports summarizing all sales, along with monthly projections.
• Assures sales partners are aware of all relevant account activity and planning.
Requirements:
• 5 years+ experience in sales, including prospecting, proposals, negotiation, closing and account management.
• Excellent presentation, collaboration and consultative selling skills.
• Experience tailoring sales presentations to address verticals and specific accounts' needs.
Competencies:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
• Proven track record of revenue generation
• Have a deep understanding of Production and Post Production workflows
• Outside-the-box thinker. Develop ideas based on an original, novel or unconventional approach
• Generate sales proposals and rate cards
• Must possess superb organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to direct and inspire a strong sales team
• Ability to think quickly and develop, structure, negotiate, draft and maintain strategic partnerships, alliances, and relationships
• Dynamic presentation and public speaking skills
• Current digital rolodex of top Studio Executives and Post Productions Supervisors
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a diverse team of people
• Passion to lead and inspire others to achieve the highest levels of professionalism
• Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Filemaker Pro and Windows applications
