IgnitedSpaces Hollywood is currently seeking a Front Desk Associate to help manage our workspace and support our Resident Businesses. The Front Desk Associate warmly welcomes all guests and calls for IgnitedSpaces as well as for all Resident Businesses within the facility. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating a top notch experience for each client.
Other duties include managing the mail room, processing forms of payment, fielding inquires regarding our services, and managing Resident Business needs. Front Desk Associates also take part in the basic registration process and communication of our services and promotions at the Hollywood location.

Field phone calls for IgnitedSpaces & all reception clients (25-30)
Manage conference room bookings for all resident businesses and non-members inquiring to book
Maintain a basic understanding of all pricing and services to communicate to inquiring potentials
Field resident business inquiries and pass along to the appropriate team member - maintenance inquiries, sales inquiries, customer service inquiries
Greet and assist prospective resident businesses, guests and walk-ins to ensure their comfort in the space
Basic IT support for resident businesses and guests, including wifi troubleshooting/setup, printer setup, and programming access cards to offices & elevators
Coordinate with building and parking management to add services and make special requests on behalf of resident businesses and IgnitedSpaces
Manage daily incoming and outgoing mail as well as weekly mail forwarding
Email resident businesses with mail accounts about mail received daily
Manage and sign in incoming and outgoing packages
Manage and order the front desk inventory and maintain tidy space
Oversee petty cash
Support management staff with admin duties
Outgoing personality and ability to problem solve creatively
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service position (hospitality experience a plus)
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Comfortable with learning a new billing system and basic IT support
