Iconoclast Image - print division of Iconoclast - with headquarters based in Paris has recently opened their offices in NYC.
We are looking to recruit a junior admin assistant/junior production coordinator.
This is a junior position, office based with heavy admin duties.
A great entry level if you are looking to progress in the world of Photography/Motion..in the fashion, art, music industries.
You will be assisting the Head of the NYC office.
Duties are included but not limited to the list below:
assistant duties:
- Office management: ordering office supplies, keeping log of office expenses
- Travel arrangements, some diary management, expenses
- Creating a smart filing system ( hard copy and digital) for the smooth running of the office
- Maintain PO and PO logs
Imagery:
- Social media post
- Monthly newsletter ( create the newsletter to send to clients/month)
- Website image maintenance : talents galleries as well as news section
- Wreate presentations for meeting ( i.e. create digital pdf ahead of meetings, arrange print books…)
Production coordinator
- Create all job folders ( digital/hard copy)
- Be the primary liaison on all jobs for the accounting department in LA
- Ensure all forms ( timecard,m w4, nada etc) are complete and signed when necessary as production progresses
- Maintain job order and job order log
- Wrap: provide digitally all wrap files required by the LA office
