This is a great opportunity for an attorney starting out on their career path who wishes to gain valuable experience and explore the entertainment industry.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree is required -JD preferred.
- Agency/Studio or Legal environment experience highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Organizational, analytical, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Exceptionally strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle high volume of transactions and interact with various departments and clients.
- Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of employees
- Ability to handle pressure in a professional manner; excellent problem solver - maintaining a solid work ethic at all times a must.
- Ability to make sound decisions quickly -practical approach
- Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information discretely and with diplomacy
Responsibilities:
- High volume of phone calls, email, reports, and scheduling meetings.
- Edit and redline agreements and contracts.
- Schedule meetings, conferences, teleconferences, appointments and manage calendar scheduling and handle and route incoming phone calls.
- Draft letters, memos and other material from dictation and handwritten copy; proofreading same
- Additional responsibilities as needed with the expansion and development of ICM Partners.
