ICM Partners is currently seeking an Assistant to the Head of Concert and Tour Marketing. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment, along with strong organizational skills. Uphold a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, along with professionalism in dealing with agents and external teams. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, creative, and adaptable.
Job Functions:
- Assist boss in day to day operations, including, but not limited to, scheduling calls, managing calendar, and coordinating meetings.
- Act as liaison between clients and internal departments while helping facilitate the launch, as well as the ongoing management of national and international tours.
- Assist in the direct communication with promoters and venue marketing teams to ensure guidelines surrounding the proper utilization of client materials are followed consistently, and procedures for announce and on-sale timings are followed consistently by all markets.
- Consult on marketing assets received for approval, provide creative feedback on admats and other promotional materials.
- Assist with approvals on domestic and international marketing plans, both independently and in conjunction with major record labels.
- Assist in liaising information regarding venue holds and artist comps.
Key Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel)
- Must exhibit excellent phone skills.
- Strong organizational skills, along with ability to balance multiple high priority tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Clear understanding of the concert industry.
Experience:
- 1-2 years venue experience, agency experience, mgmt. experience
- Bachelors degree required.
