JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Maintain sales orders & flowcharts.
•Track/solve discrepancies between sales proposal and order.
•Act as a liaison between Traffic & Agency contacts to ensure delivery of all air
materials.
•Act as a liaison between Inventory Management and Agency contacts to process changes as it pertains to program schedule changes, flight requests, and general inventory availability.
•Serve as a backup for other team members.
•Distribute Order Letters.
•Maintain daily revenue forecasting reports.
•Update upfront pricing reports.
•Track pending dollars & business on the books.
•Copy and maintain departmental files.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED
•College degree
•Previous agency or broadcast experience a plus
•Proficient with excel, knowledge of Word and PowerPoint a plus
•Must be detail oriented and able to meet deadlines on a regular basis
•Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
•Excellent communication skills
•Works well under pressure, effectively handles conflict and demonstrates flexibility in work style to accommodate changing priorities and fixed deadlines
