JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Responsible for front line support via phone, email and incident management software.
•Documents infrastructure customer training guides.
•Equipment management - desktops, laptops, peripherals, wireless devices and conference room systems.
•Assist with technology procurement and asset management.
•Trains customers on current and future technology products
•Research and test potential new products with interoperability of existing products.
•Utilizes service desk request tracking system to receive, track and resolve requests.
•Provide excellent customer service over the phone, in person and via remote tools.
•Comfortable solving high visibility challenges for senior level executives and able to communicate results in terms everyone understands.
•Any other assigned duties by management.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED
•Minimum of (3) years of related Desktop Support experience in a Windows environment.
•Comp TIA A+, Security+ and MCP certifications strongly preferred.
•ITIL Foundation certification strongly preferred.
•Microsoft SCCM certification and or experience highly desired.
•Experience with AD auditing tools such as Hyena a plus.
•Some basic knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and 8 required.
•Experience with Exchange Server 2007 and or 2013 desired.
•Ability to multi-task, manage time and follow through with assignments.
•Strong problem solving, organization and project management skills.
•Must be detail oriented, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Must enjoy interacting with customers and problem solving.
•Must be flexible with regard to working a schedule that requires 24x7 ''On Call'' support.
•High level of ethics and integrity and the ability to work with little to no supervision.
•Familiarity with TCP/IP network configuration, DNS, DHCP and troubleshooting standard desktop software such as MS Office 2013, Adobe Acrobat, IE11 and Citrix.
