IM Global, a leading international film, television and music company with core business activity in international licensing, production, and financing seeks a full-time assistant/coordinator in Business Affairs and Operations to support two executives: Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. Duties will include: department reports, scheduling, phones, drafting correspondence, expense reports, travel coordination, filing, and related administrative tasks. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated team player who has excellent communication and computer skills, and the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in both Word and Excel, and previous experience working in entertainment business and legal affairs required (1+ years as an assistant preferred). Please send resume and cover letter
