International Creative Management, a major talent and literary agency with offices in NYC, LA, and London, is seeking an exceptional, highly motivated, and detail oriented Assistant to support one of their booking agents.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree required
- Must have prior music industry experience (jazz, funk, contemporary rock knowledge strongly preferred)
- Administrative experience is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional phone manners
- Outstanding time management and multi-tasking skills
- Able to work well in a fast paced environment
- Organized and analytical
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to make a one year commitment and start immediately
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing a high volume of phone calls
- Interfacing with clients, managers, and venue owners
- Email correspondence
- Schedule meetings
- Ability to handle a high volume of transactions
- Handle pressure in a professional manner
- Excellent problem solver
