ICM Partners, the prominent talent and literary agency with offices in Los Angeles, New York, and London, is seeking a highly organized, detail-orientated, scanning clerk to digitally archive documents for retention purposes. Administrative experience is a must and experience with archiving, contract administration, and/or database management is strongly preferred. This is a temporary position expected to last no longer than four months.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have superb organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Exceptionally strong attention to detail is a must
- Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information discretely and with diplomacy
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in MS office, Excel and Outlook
- Previous paralegal or database management experience is strongly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Scan and maintain a high volume of documents, contract administration
- Managing electronic and paper filing system
- Having pleasant and personable demeanor with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Consistently deliver on commitments, provide timely and accurate data and communication
- Additional responsibilities as required and within capabilities
