Qualifications
- Bachelor degree required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have superb organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Exceptionally strong attention to detail is a must
- Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information discretely and with diplomacy
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in MS office, Excel and Outlook
- Contract administration, accounting, and paralegal experience is strongly desirable.
- Interest and excitement for the entertainment industry is a must
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to busy attorney in media rights
- Managing a high volume of documents, contract administration
- Managing electronic and paper filing system
- Researching details of media rights
- Draft and summarize complex information and
- Having pleasant and personable demeanor with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Consistently deliver on commitments, provide timely and accurate data and communication
- Additional responsibilities as required and within capabilities
This position affords an opportunity to learn the mechanics of media rights contracts and would provide an introduction to the books-to-film business.
