ICM Partners, a major talent and literary agency, is seeking a dynamic Director to work in the agency's corporate communications department.
BA/BS Degree required along with 5 years previous entertainment public relations experience. Candidate must have outstanding writing, research and decision-making skills and have the ability to develop and maintain senior-level relationships, both inside and outside the agency. Candidate must also have exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a challenging, deadline-oriented environment. Strong knowledge of computer programs, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee agency's trade advertising efforts, respond to incoming media requests, develop strong relationships with internal clients and key media, write press releases and draft internal communications, research incoming speaking opportunities; manage speaking calendars, maintain and update media target lists and research, compile and distribute daily news coverage reports.
