Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Hylink-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Hylink's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
5 years experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting or media.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Ability to speak English fluently.
Experience in integrated marketing communication sales or media sales.
Knowledge of and established relationships within the advertising or client verticals.
A deep understanding of the industry's issues, a vision for its growth, and a commitment to advance Hylink's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace.
Balanced team player dedicated to client service.
Strong presentation, analytical and problem solving skills.
Mandarin speaking is not necessary.
Proven track record of developing agency partners and successfully driving new and direct client business opportunities.
Local marketing expertise, especially in the broadcasting industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
Evangelize Hylink within the advertising agency and key client communities.
Collaborate closely with agency and clients to develop partner-building strategies.
Identify sales and business development opportunities, and keep strong relationships with agency influencers and client decision makers.
Solidify executive relationships and drive revenue growth with target agencies/clients
Own and strengthen primary agency and client relationships from executive C/B-level down to specific account teams including Media Planners and Buyers.
