Hum Music & Sound Design has an immediate opening for a receptionist/client services person in our office located in Santa Monica.
Overview:
This position requires a self starter with exemplary organizational, communication and customer service skills. Drive, energy and ability to multi task are a must. Excellent opportunity for growth. Must be able to take direction and have a thick skin. Night and weekend hours may apply.
Duties Include:
·Answering and directing all incoming calls
·Greeting and interacting with clients
·Acting as a runner & assisting with client needs when necessary (picking up breakfast, lunch, coffee, beverages, etc)
·Keeping common areas well maintained, cleaned and stocked with any necessary items
·Managing and ordering office and kitchen supplies
·Scheduling couriers and delivery services as needed
·Updating the various social media websites for Hum
·Supervising interns
·Overall office management and any other office duties as required
Qualifications Include:
·Excellent attitude. Must be dependable, hard-working & motivated
·Multitasking & organizational skills a must
·Flexible schedule. This position potentially requires late nights and weekends
·Reliable transportation
·Strong interest in audio post production is a plus
