Merchandise Coordinator - Full Time Job
You could join the Hopeless Records team! We are looking for a new addition to our operations department to help us with our merchandise, e-commerce and warehouse. This role requires someone who is passionate about our label and artists. If feel you would be a great fit at Hopeless we would love to hear from you.
Job Description
Create and maintain artist and label web stores including management of inventory, merchandising product, sourcing designs, customer service, developing new products, and working with artists.
Handle purchases and order fulfillment from direct accounts and artists.
Support sales department on securing retail buys.
Creation of mock ups, sales pages, and other graphical tools.
Shipping, receiving and general warehouse management.
Requirements (Sorry if you don't meet these this is not the job for you)
Be responsible, trustworthy, friendly and uphold our company principles at all times.
Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and basic web design.
Handle a computer including email, Microsoft Office programs and Google Drive.
Experience on the road selling merchandise or e-commerce experience.
Able to perform a moderate amount of warehouse work including lifting items up to 50 pounds.
Have a knowledge and love of our bands and our larger music community.
At least 18 years old and a High School graduate. Bachelors degree a plus.
Able to work in Los Angeles, CA.
