High Noon is a Denver based production company looking for an Avid Assistant Editor to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless editing processes on broadcast television shows. This is a fast-paced deadline oriented environment. You'll support the post-production team on a variety of tasks, which include: organizing Avid projects, grouping mulit-cam footage, syncing, prepping strings for writers, exporting, prepping sequences for online, and preparing final technical deliverables. Must be local to apply.
What We're looking for:
• 3-6 months professional experience on Avid in a broadcast production environment preferred
• Attention to detail is a must - a meticulous, technical, organized and creative individual
• Someone with an understanding of post-production workflows
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to dive into multiple projects and work effectively with minimal supervision
