Hasbro Studios, the Los Angeles-based production division of Hasbro, Inc., develops and produces television shows based on Hasbro's world-class brands, including, TRANSFORMERS PRIME, MY LITTLE PONY FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC and FAMILY GAME NIGHT. Partnering with industry leaders, award winning creative stewards, and third-party content creators, Hasbro Studios has been able to deliver over 900 original episodes of world-class content distributed through The Hub, the new U.S.-based television network created by the joint venture with Discovery Communications and our international distributors.
We are seeking a Production Coordinator to support our production, distribution & creative service department. Duties and responsibilities for this position are listed below:
• Organize deliverables, production binders, update various lists, reports, and contacts for various shows.
• Work with multiple departments in organizing media assets, tracking delivery, and archiving digital assets.
• Assist with organization of scripts, credits, log lines, models, design, and other assets for tracking and approval
• Assist with organization of series wrap materials
• Distribute DVDs & maintain distribution list
• Track & organize production/distribution invoices
• Open vid con or phone line for all calls & meetings
• Handle all scheduling for department
• Handle scheduling for Head of Production
• Handle all travel for the department
• Handle all expense reports for the department
Requirements:
• Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant required.
• Previous animation experience preferred.
• Associate or college degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, requires a collaborative, proactive and self-motivated individual.
• Must be a mature thinker and a ''self-starter,'' as well as a team player who can take direction from multiple sources
• Professional presence, good judgment, ability to anticipate needs
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Filemaker & Photoshop preferred.
• Must be highly organized, detailed oriented, personable and a problem-solver
• Flexible schedule
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States
