Digital Marketing Manager (Temp)
Hasbro Studios, the Los Angeles-based production division of Hasbro, Inc., develops and produces television shows and films based on Hasbro's world-class brands, including, TRANSFORMERS, MY LITTLE PONY and FAMILY GAME NIGHT. Partnering with industry leaders, award winning creative stewards and third-party content creators, Hasbro Studios has been be able to deliver over 900 original episodes of world-class content distributed through The Hub, the U.S. based television network created by the joint venture with Discovery Communications, and numerous international distributors.
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager primarily responsible for the planning and distribution of our short form content and the oversight of Hasbro Studios' website and art assets. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience working with YouTube and other short form content platforms and marketing/brand management. In addition, the successful candidate has excellent verbal and communication skills and a strong initiative to take on tasks and excel in a fast paced, results oriented workplace.
Responsibilities:
This position reports to the head of Business Development and Marketing and will focus on all aspects of our digital assets.
1. Manage day to day operations of Hasbro Studios YouTube partnership, including:
• Scheduling/rollout of content on platform
• 2014 Content planning/scheduling with Content Manager and Brand teams
• Content claiming process
• Performance Metrics and communication of metrics internally
• Oversee relationship with ZEFR to ensure consistency of messaging/performance
2. Oversee the development/redesign of Hasbro Studios website, including:
• Rebranding initiative for Website
• Management of At-Play vendor relationship
• Scope of work process and fundamental budget
3.Art Asset Management
• Work internally with post production and marketing to organize studio art assets
4.Work with Creative Art Design to oversee and communication of art asset needs to support all Hasbro Studios and Licensing initiatives
Requirements:
• BA or equivalent in marketing/business
• Minimum 2+ (preferably 4+) years of digital marketing experience
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, make sound decisions and excellent follow through.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize substantial and diverse workload and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
