Hasbro Studios is looking for an Associate Producer for our CakeMix Studios. The Associate Producer works alongside lead producers, agencies and brand teams to help manage all stages of content creation in production and post-production. This role will significantly impact the production process and is responsible for specific aspects outlined and agreed upon with the lead producer. Primary role is to assist in ensuring that projects finish on time, within budget and at a high quality. This is a temp position with potential for full-time hire.
The Associate Producer position will ensure we maximize efficiencies in the Production & Post Production process while maintaining continuity, quality and best practices. This role becomes particularly critical as we execute a business model that relies on delivering high volume of TVC's and marketing videos with many business partners. This role will provide a stronger career development path for the CakeMix studios
• Communicates and maintains relationships with brand team and agency partners
• Provides follow up calls and emails
• Schedules and attends production meetings
• Prepare, organize and distributes model releases, NDA's and talent vouchers.
• Works closely with production coordinator to determine talent and crew availability
• Maintains official legal documents and records
• Creates and helps manage schedules for both production and post

• Supervises and manages edits in post
• Works closely with post-production coordinator to determine availability of editors, GFX and audio
• Actively provides status updates for lead producer
• Provides coverage when lead producer is on set or out of office
20 • Participate in creative development process
• Organizes catering and special equipment requests
• Facilitate and oversee in on VO sessions
• Purchase props and supplies as needed
• Schedules final grading and mix for edits
• Create schedules
• Researches information and pricing

• Fill in on set wherever needed (PA, runner, script supervisor)
• Collect meeting notes
• Create production books & editorial books
• Inventories product
• Research video clips
• Explore music options
Required Education and Experience
• BA degree preferred
• 1-3 years experience in broadcast, film, or television production
Specialized Knowledge/Skills
• Must have significant knowledge of broadcast video formats, including aspect ratios, frame rates, as well as EDL management
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, VFX workflows
• Understanding of Video Compression for multiple file formats (Compressor/AME)
• Basic Understanding of Cameras and Lighting
• Impeccable Organizational Skills
• Tech Savvy
• Must be a problem solver and able to work with a team under tight deadlines
