Freelance Job
Production company looking for an Experienced Reality TV or Event Production Coordinator to start immediately. The Production Coordinator will assist the production company with a large-scale gaming tournament in Los Angeles. He/She will report to the Head of Production for the event and work closely with the company's Line Producer.
Rate depends on experience. Estimated time frame of job is 4-5 weeks with potential to stay on for other projects at the company.
Duties include:
- Hiring crew and setting up paperwork
- Renting equipment
- Arranging catering for prep, wrap and shoot days of the event
- Managing interns and production assistants during the event
- Assisting with any location needs (permits, set operations, shuttle service, parking, etc.)
- Assist with coordinating and scheduling talent, crew and equipment
- Logging expenses and assisting with production payroll for the tournament
- Organize production binders
- Initiate contact with, and follow through needs, with all vendors per production necessities
- Track spending and crew invoices
Requirements:
- Must have 3+ years of experience as a Production Coordinator for reality TV or live events
- Knowledge of the gaming community a plus
- Must own laptop and a car
- Exceptional communication skills and organizational skills
- Pro-active thinker and able to anticipate show needs
Position to start asap. Our company is located in North Hollywood and the event will be in downtown LA.
