HBO Benefits and HR Operations Administrator (Supplemental)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leave administration and accommodations
• Conduct the Benefits portion of new hire orientation
• Administer HBO's tuition reimbursement plan
• Oversee process to ensure Affordable Care Act and NYC Earned Sick Time requirements are met
• Coordinate HIPAA Training
• Administer document retention program
• New Hire paperwork/files audit
• Participate in special projects as needed; provide ad hoc reports to management
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2-4 yrs experience in benefits function including leave administration
• Must be flexible; have the ability to work independently or as a team player in a fast paced environment
• Must be detail oriented, highly organized and have excellent judgment
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
