Overview
Antigravity, the marketing services arm of Gunpowder & Sky, is hiring a Senior Account Manager with a background in PR to help shape and execute the B2B brand strategy for a top tier digital entertainment brand. This role is ideal for a PR associate who wants to expand their scope of work beyond pure press relationships, flex their managerial skills and focus on both high level strategy generation as well as day-to-day execution. Ideally this candidate has experience with and relationships pertaining to awards and festival submissions and FYC campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Main point of contact for client and other client agencies
Responsible for development, iteration and execution of high level brand building strategy as well as day to day operations and communication
Responsible for contributing to and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and documentation for year-long awards cycle
Responsible for overseeing all festival and awards submissions
Leverages existing relationships and nurtures new relationships with awards organizations and key press contacts on behalf of client, bridging communication directly with client PR, marketing, development and talent relationship executives
Contributes to ongoing strategy consultation generating presentation, reporting and analysis documentation on an ongoing basis
Leads weekly sync with client, internal team and external consultants
Delegates appropriate tasks to coordinator to keep submissions process on track and executed flawlessly
Requirements:
Entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills
Top Tier entertainment brand client facing experience preferred
Experience in entertainment PR required
Based in NYC or Los Angeles
B.S./B.A.degree
