Job Title:
This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, energetic, fun and friendly Film Advertising Studio that specializes in Motion Graphics, Commercials, and Special Effects. We are a boutique shop that is constantly growing. There is much room for personal growth, and original creative thinking is encouraged.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Opening up studio
-Greeting clients & supporting their needs
-Answering and routing phone calls
-Organizing shipping & coordinating messengers
-Kitchen duties (keeping inventory of supplies, ordering meals and clean up), as well as general facility up keep
-Office machines (filling paper trays, coordinating repairs)
-Special project as assigned
-Filing, organizing, & assisting the President (business & personal matters)
-Administrative support
Requirements:
-Work diligently with a competitive urgency at all times
-Must be proactive, communicative and able to work with little supervision
-Client service orientated
-Excellent organization skills, good at prioritizing time & tasks
-Excellent computer skills – Microsoft word & Excel, Internet research,
faxing, scanning, and social networking and web skills are a plus
-Calm under pressure; takes direction well when asked
-Can-do positive attitude
-Flexible and enthusiastic
-True desire to work in the production and entertainment world
-Prefer previous receptionist experience in entertainment
-Must like children, dogs, and the color Green |
